Kristin Skalos joined the practice as an Associate in November 2014.

Ms. Skalos grew up in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, is a 2002 graduate West Shamokin High School and graduated cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor in Science in Social Work in 2006.  She then received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007 and her Juris Doctor from Hamline University.

Ms. Skalos has worked for the Minnesota Volunteer Lawyer Network Dignity Center providing legal assistance for low-income clients, taught for the StreetLaw program and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karen Janisch.  Ms. Skalos has served as a guest lecturer to the Social Work Department at Slippery Rock University and received the Excellence in Social Work Award from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Social Work in 2007.

Ms. Skalos serves as the Secretary for the Butler County Young Lawyers Division and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Butler County Bar Association.
