Kristen Batson Eberle
Kristen Batson Eberle joined the practice as a partner in 2008.
Ms. Eberle is a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area and graduated from North Allegheny High School in 1994. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio she returned to Pittsburgh to attend Duquesne University School of Law earning her Juris Doctor degree in 2002.
Ms. Eberle concentrates her practice in family law, providing legal representation and counseling to private parties in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, protection from abuse, adoption and related matters.
Ms. Eberle is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Family Law and Collaborative Law Sections), the Allegheny County Bar Association and takes an active role in the local Butler County Bar Association. She has also been a member of the Allegheny County Chapter of the Matrimonial Inns of Court.
Ms. Eberle has completed basic and advanced training courses in collaborative law and is a member of CLASP, the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Ms. Eberle has received the distinguished honor of being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2008. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Ms. Eberle and her husband reside in the Wexford area with their children.
